Of Course it wasn't an overnight decision, I practised yoga for 12 years before finally making it my second profession, and now the primary and only profession.
The curiosity of understanding yoga beyond poses, took me to Rishikesh where I had learnt the nitty gritty of being a yoga teacher in a residential program. The more I learnt yoga, the more I became observant of the people and their lifestyle issues. Believing that yoga can be the solution for many of our modern day lifestyle problems, I equipped myself with a series of yoga therapy learning programs from SVYASa, Singapore.
For the last 5 years, I have worked with many people suffering from Arthritis, Frozen Shoulder, Parkinson’s, Back pain, Knee pain and became part of many success stories.
When I am not taking sessions, I am busy practising on my own or reading books or having fun time with my family and children.
